Provision Party
If one of you says to him, “Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? James 2:16
What is a Provision Party? As women, most of us have more clothing in our closets than we actually wear, but we recognize that some don’t have enough! At this party, we will bring our gently-used clothing and accessories and share them with other women. Each woman in attendance will be able to leave with something that will provide for her needs. A woman does not need to donate clothing in order to receive clothing. But any woman who donates is certainly welcome to receive some new clothing!
What to donate? Women’s clothing – current/classic styling from the last 2-3 years, freshly cleaned and in good condition, without stains and/or tears. Accessories welcome! (handbags, jewelry, scarves, shoes) No undergarments, lotions or liquids, please.
Donation Process Where: Calvary Community Church (4400 N. 1st St.) When: May 26-June 8
The Party Night “New to you” clothing available Thursday, June 11. Join us for “shopping” and friendship from 7-9 pm. If you know a woman with a need for clothing, please extend an invitation! And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
